We refer to the announcements made by RHB Investment Bank Berhad (“RHB Investment Bank”) on behalf of the Board on 8 February 2013, 12 March 2013, 15 March 2013 and 4 April 2013 in relation to the Proposals. Unless otherwise stated, the terms used herein shall have the same meaning as defined in the said announcements in relation to the Proposals.
The Feasibility Reports have been finalised and are currently available for inspection at the registered office of the Company at Level 21, 1 Sentral, Jalan Travers, Kuala Lumpur Sentral, 50470, Kuala Lumpur, during normal business hours (except public holidays) for a period of three (3) months from the date of this announcement.
