Further to the Company's announcement on 18 July 2013, MRCB wishes to announce that the Securities Commission Malaysia vide its letter dated 22 July 2013, had approved the application by Employees Provident Fund Board, Nusa Gapurna Development Sdn Bhd and Gapurna Sdn Bhd as well as persons acting in concert with them from having to undertake a mandatory take-over offer for the remaining shares in MRCB.
