The Company is pleased to announce that the Board of Directors had on 25 October 2012 approved the extension of the Company’s ESOS which is due to expire on 30 October 2012. The approval for the extension of another 5 years from 31 October 2012 is pursuant to Clause 4.2 the Bye-Law of the ESOS. The extension is not subject to the approval of Bursa Malaysia Securities, Securities Commission and the shareholders of the Company. Appropriate notice on the extension will be served to the eligible ESOS grantees in due course.
