We wish to announce that MIB has been notified today that Mulpha Hotel Melbourne Trust (“MHMT”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, had been terminated on 31 January 2014.  As a result of the termination, MHMT ceased to exist and hence, ceased to be a subsidiary of MIB.

MHMT was set up in Australia and its principal activity was previously property ownership but has become dormant.

The termination of MHMT has no material financial effect on MIB.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid termination.
