We wish to announce that the following dormant wholly-owned subsidiaries of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, had on 31 January 2014 applied to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission for voluntary deregistration pursuant to sub-section 601AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001:-

1)          Mulpha (SPV 1) Pty Limited
2)          Mulpha Aviation Australia Pty Limited
3)          Mulpha Hotel (Melbourne) Pty Limited

(collectively referred to as “the Subsidiaries”).

MIB has been notified today that the Subsidiaries were deregistered on 11 April 2014. As a result of the deregistration, the Subsidiaries ceased to be indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of MIB.

The deregistration of the Subsidiaries has no material financial effect on MIB.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid deregistration.
