We wish to announce that HDFI Nominees Pty Ltd (“HDFI”), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, had on 28 February 2014 applied to the Australian Securities & Investments Commission for voluntary deregistration pursuant to sub-section 601AA(2) of the Corporations Act 2001.

MIB has been notified today that HDFI was deregistered on 7 May 2014. As a result of the deregistration, HDFI ceased to be an indirect wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB.

The deregistration of HDFI has no material financial effect on MIB.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, whether direct or indirect in the aforesaid deregistration.
