We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Mulpha Australia Limited, a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB, had on 11 December 2014, incorporated the following subsidiaries:-

MCPPL and NCPL are currently dormant.  The incorporation of MCPPL and NCPL was notified on 12 December 2014. As a result of the incorporation, MCPPL and NCPL have become indirect wholly-owned subsidiaries of MIB.


None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
