We refer to our announcements made on 17 May 2012 and 6 March 2015 on the above matter.

We wish to announce that MIB has on 9 March 2015, sold and transferred 75 million ordinary shares of MLB (“Call Option Shares”) to Teladan Kuasa Sdn Bhd at the adjusted option price of RM0.47 per share. 

With the completion of the sale and transfer of the Call Option Shares on 9 March 2015, MLB has ceased to be a subsidiary of MIB and has become an associated company of MIB.

This announcement is dated 9 March 2015.
