Reference is made to the Company’s announcements on 15 February 2012 and 16 February 2012 in respect of the Proposed Disposal. The Company is pleased to announce that all the conditions to the sale and purchase agreement for the Proposed Disposal dated 14 February 2012 have been met and thus the Proposed Disposal has been duly completed on 23 February 2012.
