MULPHA - Notice of Rights Entitlement (Ratio)

Renounceable two (2)-call rights issue of 1,066,826,679 Rights Shares on the basis of one (1) Rights Share for every two (2) existing Mulpha Shares held by the Entitled Shareholders and/ or their renouncees (if applicable), at 5.00 p.m. on Tuesday, 17 May 2016 at an issue price of RM0.50 per Rights Share, of which the first call has been fixed at RM0.25 per Rights Share ("First Call") and the second call has been fixed at RM0.25 per Rights Share ("Second Call"). ("Rights Issue ").

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “Ex-Rights Issue” as from: 13 May 2016
2)    The last date of lodgment : 17 May 2016
3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
       a)    Selling Broker to deduct<1/3>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
       b)    Buying Broker to deduct <10%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
       c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of <1/3>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks : The Abridged Prospectus together with the Notice of Provisional Allotment ("NPA") and the Rights Subscription Form ("RSF"), will only be despatched to the shareholders of Mulpha whose names appear on the Record of Depositors at 5.00 p.m. on 17 May 2016 ("Entitled Shareholders") at their address in Malaysia or who have provided the share registrar with an address in Malaysia in writing by 5.00 p.m. on 17 May 2016. Foreign Entitled Shareholders who are without an address in Malaysia and wish to provide a Malaysian address, should inform their respective stockbrokers to effect the change of address by 5.00 p.m. on 17 May 2016. The date of listing of the Rights Shares to be issued pursuant to the Rights Issue on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad will be on Tuesday, 14 June 2016. The aforementioned documents will be despatched to the Entitled Shareholders not later than two (2) market days from the entitlement date.
