The Board of Directors of MIB wishes to announce that the Thirty Eighth Annual General Meeting of the Company will be held at Holiday Villa, No. 9, Jalan SS 12/1, 47500 Subang Jaya, Selangor Darul Ehsan on Tuesday, 19 June 2012 at 10.00 am. Please refer to the attached file for the Notice and Agenda of the Thirty Eighty Annual General Meeting. The Company shall be requesting Bursa Malaysia Depository Sdn Bhd to issue a Record of Depositors as at 13 June 2012 ("General Meeting Record of Depositors") and only a Depositor whose name appears in the General Meeting Record of Depositors shall be regarded as a member entitled to attend, speak and vote at the Thirty Eighth Annual General Meeting.
