On behalf of the Board of Directors of Mulpha ("Board"), RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a share consolidation involving the consolidation of every 10 existing Mulpha Shares into 1 Consolidated Share.
