We refer to our earlier announcements dated 21 March 2017 and 30 March 2017. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Mulpha, RHB Investment Bank Berhad ("RHBIB") wishes to announce that Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") had, vide its letter dated 4 April 2017, resolved to approve the Proposed Share Consolidation. Mulpha or RHBIB will make the relevant announcements pursuant to paragraph 13.10(2) of the Main Market Listing Requirements.
