On 19 June 2012, MIB had announced that the Thirty-Eighth Annual General Meeting ("AGM") of the Company had been duly held and that all resolutions tabled at the said AGM had been duly approved by the shareholders. The Board of Directors of MIB wishes to inform that one of the resolutions tabled and approved at the Thirty-Eighth AGM was the appointment of Messrs KPMG as Auditors of the Company for the financial year ending 31 December 2012 in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs Ernst & Young.
