The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Share Consolidation. We refer to our earlier announcements dated 21 March 2017, 30 March 2017, 4 April 2017, 13 April 2017, 17 April 2017 and 9 June 2017. On behalf of the Board of Directors of Mulpha, RHBIB wishes to announce that based on the issued share capital of Mulpha as at 5.00 p.m. on 30 June 2017 ("Entitlement Date"), 3,196,192,137 ordinary shares in Mulpha have been consolidated into 319,618,640 ordinary shares in Mulpha ("Consolidated Shares"). The Consolidated Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on 3 July 2017, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
