We wish to announce that pursuant to Chapter 9, Paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, Multiple Capital Pty Ltd (a 80% owned subsidiary of Mulpha Finance Holdings Pty Ltd, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Mulpha Australia Limited, which in turn is a wholly-owned subsidiary of MIB) had on 31 August 2017, incorporated a limited company known as Albany Creek Capital Pty Ltd (“ACC”). As a result of the incorporation, ACC has become an indirect subsidiary of MIB.

ACC is a company incorporated in Australia with a paid-up share capital of A$3.00.  ACC is currently dormant and its intended principal activity is to provide secured financing to real estate property developers.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders of MIB or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect in the aforesaid incorporation.
