Remarks :

(a)  Pursuant to the Dividend-In-Specie, the entitled shareholders of Mulpha will receive 1 Mudajaya Share for every 3.537 Mulpha Shares held at 5.00 p.m. on the entitlement date i.e. 26 December 2018.  Fractional entitlements to the Mudajaya Shares, if any, will be disregarded.


(b)  Entitled shareholders of Mulpha who hold 354 or more Mulpha Shares will receive their entitlement under the Dividend-In-Specie in the form of Mudajaya Shares.


(c)  Entitled shareholders of Mulpha who hold less than 354 Mulpha Shares will receive cash of RM0.38 per Mudajaya Share in lieu of the actual number of Mudajaya Shares that they would otherwise be entitled to receive under the Dividend-In-Specie.


(d)  Entitled Shareholders who have not deposited their Mulpha Shares into Central Depository System accounts as at the entitlement date will also receive cash in lieu of the actual number of Mudajaya Shares that they would otherwise be entitled to receive.
