Further to our announcements dated 18 February 2016, 27 May 2016, 4 August 2016, 17 August 2016, 26 October 2016, 29 November 2017, 5 February 2018, 27 April 2018, 16 May 2018, 5 June 2018, 6 July 2018, 9 August 2018, 13 September 2018, 23 November 2018, 7 December 2018, 21 February 2019, 10 May 2019 and 12 July 2019, we wish to announce that the Trial continued on 1 August 2019 with witnesses giving further evidence in Court.  As a result, both parties have closed their case and thus ending the Trial. Following this, the Judge has directed both parties to prepare their written submissions which will be filed and exchanged in due course.
