The Board of Directors of Mulpha ("Board") wishes to announce that Aveo had on 27 September 2019, released a Scheme Booklet pertaining to the Schemes on the Australian Securities Exchange. The Scheme Booklet contains the details of the consideration in relation to the proposed acquisition of 100% of the outstanding securities of Aveo by way of a trust scheme and a company scheme of arrangement by the Offeror Parties.
The Scheme Booklet will be dispatched to the shareholders of Aveo in due course and upon the receipt of the Scheme Booklet, the Board will deliberate on the considerations offered by the Offeror Parties.
The Board will make the necessary announcements in respect of the Schemes in due course.
