Pursuant to Paragraph 8.23(2)(e) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, we wish to announce the financial assistance provided by MIB’s wholly-owned subsidiary, Mulpha Ventures Sdn Bhd, a licensed moneylending company, pursuant to its ordinary course of business for the quarter ended 30 September 2020. The details are set out in the attachment below.
