Reference is made to our announcement dated 4 December 2017 in respect of the issuance of the Series 6 Notes by Mulpha MTN Limited under its Medium Term Note Programme.
We wish to announce that the maturity date of the Series 6 Notes has been extended from 1 December 2020 to 28 December 2021. In addition, the Series 6 Notes would no longer be listed on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited. All other terms of the Series 6 Notes shall remain unchanged.
