BONUS ISSUE OF FREE WARRANTS IN OVERSEA ENTERPRISE BERHAD ("OVERSEA" OR THE "COMPANY") ("WARRANTS") ON THE BASIS OF 1 WARRANT FOR EVERY 2 ORDINARY SHARES IN OVERSEA HELD BY ENTITLED SHAREHOLDERS OF THE COMPANY AT 5.00 P.M. ON 3 MARCH 2021 ("BOOKS CLOSURE DATE") ("BONUS ISSUE OF WARRANTS")
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[EX-BONUS ISSUE]” as from: 02 Mar 2021
2)    The last date of lodgment : 03 Mar 2021
 

Remarks :
The Warrants will be credited into the central depository system accounts of the entitled shareholders of the Company ("Entitled Shareholders") and notices of allotment will be issued and despatched to the Entitled Shareholders at the address as per the Record of Depositors of the Company within 8 market days after the Books Closure Date.

The Warrants will be listed and quoted on the ACE Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities") within 2 market days after the receipt of the quotation application by Bursa Securities.
