The Board of Directors of PGB is pleased to announce that on 7 September 2016, PAviation, a 60%-owned subsidiary of PGB had secured the approval from the Department of Civil Aviation, Malaysia (the "DCA") for the inclusion of new work scope of aviation leather upholstery which include the wrapping, cutting and sewing of leather or fabric seat covers and cabin interior sidewall and ceiling panel in addition to the existing part refurbishment activities approved by the DCA on 9 March 2016. With this additional scope of work approval, PAviation hopes to pursue contracts relating to leather upholstery and related activities in the aviation sector. This announcement is dated 8 September 2016. |
