The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce that Pecca Aviation Services Sdn Bhd (formerly known as Pecca Leather Aviation Services Sdn Bhd) ("PAviation"), the 60%-owned subsidiary of the Company had on 20 March 2017 entered into a joint development agreement ("JD Agreement") with AirGo Design Pte Ltd ("AirGo") for the joint development of AirGo's aircraft seat cover known as "Mark 1" for the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2017 ("LIMA 2017") ("Joint Development").
