| Outcome of Meeting | The Board of Directors of Pecca Group Berhad ("the Company") wishes to announce that all the resolutions set out in the Notice of the Seventh Annual General Meeting ("7th AGM") dated 31 October 2017 were duly passed at the 7th AGM of the Company held earlier today. All the resolutions were approved by way of poll at the 7th AGM. The results of the poll were validated by GovernAce Advisory & Solutions Sdn Bhd, the Independent Scrutineer appointed by the Company.
