Dato' Dr Norraesah Binti Mohamad has expressed her intention not to seek for re-election as Director of the Company as stated in the Notice of the Eighth Annual General Meeting ("8th AGM") of the Company pursuant to Article 98 of the Articles of Association of the Company. Hence, Dato' Dr Norraesah Binti Mohamad ceased to be a member of the Nomination Committee upon her retirement as Director of the Company at the conclusion of the 8th AGM held on 26 November 2018.
