PECCA GROUP BERHAD ("PECCA" or "the Company") - DIRECTORS OF THE COMPANY INTEND TO DEAL IN THE COMPANY'S SECURITIES DURING CLOSED PERIOD

Pursuant to Paragraph 14.08(a) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad ("Bursa Securities"), this is to notify the Exchange that Datuk Teoh Hwa Cheng and Datin Sam Yin Thing, the Directors of the Company ("the Affected Persons") intend to deal in the Company's securities during closed period.


In accordance with Paragraph 14.08(d) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Securities, the Affected Persons will inform the Company Secretary of the Company on the details of their dealing within one (1) full market day after the dealing has occurred.
