The Board of Directors of PGB is pleased to inform that at the Eleventh Annual General Meeting (“11th AGM”) held on 26 November 2021, the shareholders of PGB approved the resolution on the appointment of Messrs. Crowe Malaysia PLT as External Auditors of the Company in place of the retiring Auditors, Messrs. KPMG PLT as set out in the Notice of the 11th AGM of the Company dated 28 October 2021 contained in the Annual Report for the financial year ended 30 June 2021 of PGB.
