On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pecca ("Board"), UOB Kay Hian Securities (M) Sdn Bhd ("UOBKH") wishes to announce that the Company proposes to undertake a bonus issue of 564,000,000 new ordinary shares in Pecca ("Pecca Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 3 Bonus Shares for every 1 existing Pecca Share held on an entitlement date to be determined and announced later by the Board ("Entitlement Date") ("Proposed Bonus Issue of Shares").
