PECCA - Notice of Bonus Entitlement

Bonus issue of 564,000,000 new ordinary shares in Pecca Group Berhad ("Pecca") ("Pecca Share(s)" or "Share(s)") ("Bonus Share(s)") on the basis of 3 Bonus Shares for every 1 existing Pecca Share
 

Kindly be advised of the following :

1)    The above Company’s securities will be traded and quoted “[Ex-Bonus Issue]” as from: 03 Jun 2022
2)    The last date of lodgment : 07 Jun 2022

3)    Retention Money: Where securities are not delivered in time for registration by the seller, then the brokers concerned:-
        a)    Selling Broker to deduct  <3/4>, of Selling Price against the Selling Client
        b)    Buying Broker to deduct <75%>, of Purchase Price against the Buying Client
        c)    Between Broker and Broker, the deduction of  <3/4>, of the Transacted Price is applicable.

Remarks 1:

"Bursa Malaysia Securities Bhd would like to clarify that on the basis of settlement taking place after 7 June 2022 with bonus issue of PECCA shares, any shareholder who is entitled to receive  PECCA bonus issue shares, may sell any or all of his PECCA shares arising from the bonus issue beginning the Ex-Date (3 June 2022).

For example, if Mr X purchases 100  PECCA shares on cum basis on  2 June 2022, Mr X should receive 100 shares on 7 June 2022. As a result of the bonus issue, an additional of  300  PECCA shares will be credited into Mr X's CDS account on the night of 7 June 2022 being the Book Closing Date. Therefore, Mr X can sell a total of 400 shares on or after the Ex-Date i.e. from 3 June 2022 onwards.

Remarks 2:-  

The date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares shall be on 8 June 2022, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.

The notices of allotment will be issued and dispatched to all the entitled shareholders of Pecca within 4 market days after the date of the listing and quotation for the Bonus Shares on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. Entitled shareholders are not required to take any action.
