Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2021 and 24 February 2022 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that MARii has performed an assessment on Pecca, and has achieved a rating assessment with a score above the Malaysia average. Currently, Pecca and MARii continue to explore the areas of collaboration. The Company will make the appropriate update announcement in due course if there is any material development.
