The terms used herein, unless the context otherwise stated, bear the same meaning as those defined in the earlier announcements in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares.

We refer to the earlier announcements dated 6 January 2022, 10 January 2022, 17 January 2022, 31 January 2022 and 23 May 2022 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares.

On behalf of the Board of Directors of Pecca, UOBKH wishes to announce that based on the entitlement date of 7 June 2022 in relation to the Bonus Issue of Shares, 564,000,000 Bonus Shares have been issued pursuant to the Bonus Issue of Shares.

The abovementioned Bonus Shares will be listed and quoted on the Main Market of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad with effect from 9.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 8 June 2022, being the next market day immediately after the Entitlement Date.
