Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022 and 24 May 2022 in relation to the MOU signed between Pecca and MARii (“Announcements”).
Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.
The Company wishes to inform that Pecca will be participating in the EVM Asia’22 exhibition organised by MARii to be held in September 2022.
Pecca and MARii will continue to explore the areas of collaboration. The Company will make the appropriate update announcement in due course if there is any material development.
