Reference is made to the Company’s announcements dated 24 November 2021, 24 February 2022, 24 May 2022, 24 August 2022, 24 November 2022, 24 February 2023, 24 May 2023, 24 August 2023, 24 November 2023, 23 February 2024, 23 May 2024, 23 August 2024, 22 November 2024, 21 February 2025, 21 May 2025 and 21 August 2025 in relation to the MOU signed between PECCA and MARii (“Announcements”).

Unless otherwise defined, the definitions as set out in the Announcements shall apply therein.

The Company wishes to update the following: -

1. As a committed industrial partner of MARii, the Company hosted a total of 23 MARii staff members for a plant visit on 22 September 2025 at Pecca Leather Sdn Bhd's manufacturing facility under the MARiiShare initiative. The session provided participants with valuable exposure to the Company’s manufacturing operations and deeper insights into its capabilities as an automotive supplier in Malaysia. This initiative aims to foster a culture of learning and collaboration through knowledge sharing between government agencies and industry players.
2. Separately, on 24 September 2025, the Chairman and CEO of MARii paid a courtesy visit to the Company. The visit involved a proactive two-way discussion between the leadership teams of both organisations, focusing on recent government policies in the automotive industry, strengthening collaboration, and seeking MARii’s counsel on key improvement areas to ensure continued relevance and competitiveness within the industry.
