For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcements dated 2 September 2013 and 2 January 2014 in relation to the SHA.
Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 2 January 2014 and its previous announcements in relation to the SHA.
The Company wishes to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, Protasco Development Sdn Bhd had via an exchange of letter dated 13 February 2014 with Asdion Berhad (which was accepted by Asdion Berhad on even date), mutually agreed to extend the Cut-Off Date from 28 February 2014 to 31 March 2014 to enable the Parties to fulfil their respective obligations under the Conditions Precedent as set out in the SHA.
