For consistency purposes, the abbreviations and definitions used throughout this announcement shall have the same meanings as those previously defined in the Company’s announcements dated 2 September 2013, 2 January 2014 and 13 February 2014 in relation to the SHA.

Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 13 February 2014 and its previous announcements in relation to the SHA.

The Company wishes to announce that the SHA entered into between Protasco Development Sdn Bhd, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company and Asdion Berhad has been completed on even date.
