| Outcome of Meeting | The Company wishes to announce that the shareholders of the Company have today voted overwhelmingly to reject the proposed resolution moved by Kingdom Seekers Ventures Sdn Bhd and Tey Por Yee to remove Dato’ Sri Chong Ket Pen as a director of the Company. Today’s Extraordinary General Meeting was requisitioned by Kingdom Seekers Ventures Sdn Bhd and Tey Por Yee.
The poll result is as follows :
The total votes voted against today’s resolution representing 42.1% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company.
As for yesterday’s 2 resolutions on the removal of Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun, the total votes voted for the removals representing 50.83% of the issued and paid up share capital of the Company.
