We refer to the announcement dated 27 October 2014. Further thereto, the Company wishes to announce that a Board of Directors’ meeting was held today to discuss on the Special Notice dated 27 October 2014 and the Requisition dated 27 October 2014 from 2 members of the Company to requisition for an Extraordinary General Meeting ("EGM") to be held to remove Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun as directors of the Company (the "Proposed Resolutions").

The Company wishes to announce that the Board had today resolved that an EGM will be held on Wednesday, 26 November 2014 to consider the Proposed Resolutions.

A Notice to call the EGM will be issued in due course and further announcement(s) on the matter will be made.
