As previously announced, Protasco Berhad (“Protasco”) has filed a legal suit at the Kuala Lumpur High Court against PT Anglo Slavic Utama (“1st Defendant”) and two of its former directors, namely Tey Por Yee (“2nd Defendant”) and Ooi Kock Aun (“3rd Defendant”) (“Legal Proceeding”). Protasco has filed an application in the Kuala Lumpur High Court for an order for disclosure pursuant to the Bankers’ Book (Evidence) Act 1949 on 12.12.2014. The Court has fixed a hearing date on 01.04.2015 for the said application.
