We refer to the Announcement dated 27 February 2015 wherein Protasco Berhad ("Company") had therein announced that it has filed committal proceedings against Tey Por Yee, Ooi Kock Aun and Gideon Tan and the Company has obtained leave of Court on the 18 November 2014 to initiate committal proceedings against Tey Por Yee, Ooi Kock Aun and Gideon Tan ("the Respondents") and the High Court has fixed 8 December 2014 as the date for the High Court to hear the committal proceedings.

The Respondents have filed their respective application to set aside the order for leave obtained by the Company on 18 November 2014 to institute committal proceedings against them ("Respondents’ Setting Aside Application"). The Company wishes to announce that the court has fixed a hearing date on 6 July 2015 to hear the Respondents’ Setting Aside Application.

The Company also wishes to announce that the legal proceeding against PT Anglo Slavic Utama (“1^st Defendant”) and two of its former directors, namely Tey Por Yee (“2^nd Defendant”) and Ooi Kock Aun (“3^rd Defendant”) is fixed for trial on 1 October 2015 to 2 October 2015.
