As announced previously on 19 March 2015, Protasco Berhad (“Company”) has initiated a legal proceeding against PT Anglo Slavic Utama (“1^st Defendant”) and two of its former directors, namely Tey Por Yee (“2^nd Defendant”) and Ooi Kock Aun (“3^rd Defendant”) and the said legal proceeding is fixed for trial on 1 October 2015 to 2 October 2015.

 The Company also wishes to announce that all the 3 Defendants have filed an application for a stay of the legal proceeding pending arbitration respectively (“stay applications”). The court has fixed a hearing date for the stay applications on 19 June 2015.
