The Company wishes to announce that its subsidiary, Protasco Venture Partners Inc (BVI) had subscribed for 67% equity of PT. Protasco Infra Indonesia (“PTPI”),  a company incorporated in Indonesia with the registered capital of USD1 million.         

The remaining 33% equity is held by a local partner.

The intended business activities of PTPI are mainly to provide infrastructure services, environmental and energy management in Indonesia.  

The investment in  PTPI is not expected to have a material effect on the earnings or net assets of the PB Group for the year ending 31 December 2015.

None of the directors or substantial shareholders or persons connected to directors and substantial shareholders of the Company has any interest, either direct or indirect, in the above transaction.
