Unless otherwise defined, the abbreviations and definitions used in the announcement by the Company dated 17 January 2018, 2 March 2018 and 15 March 2018 ("Announcements") shall apply herein. We refer to the Announcements in relation to the Proposals. On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the exercise price of the Warrants has been fixed at RM0.75. The exercise price of the Warrants of RM0.75 represents a discount of approximately 6.25% over the theoretical ex-bonus price of Protasco Shares of RM0.80 (calculated based on the 5-day volume weighted average market price up to and including 9 April 2018 of RM0.9338). On behalf of the Board, RHB Investment Bank wishes to announce that the Board, had on 10 April 2018, executed the deed poll constituting up to 106,173,228 Warrants to be issued pursuant to the Proposed Bonus Issue of Warrants.
