The Board of Directors of PB wishes to inform that the Company intends to seek its shareholders’ approval on the proposed amendments to the Constitution of the Company (“Proposed Amendments”) at the forthcoming Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) of the Company.

The Proposed Amendments are made mainly to update the Constitution so as to ensure compliance with the amended Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, to provide clarity and consistency with the amendments that arise from the Companies Act 2016 and other relevant regulatory provisions.

The details of the Proposed Amendments will be set out in the Notice of AGM of the Company to be circulated to the shareholders in due course.
