Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 23 December 2019 on the Notice of Adjudication pursuant to Section 8 of Construction Industry Payment Adjudication Act 2012 served by HCM Engineering Sdn Bhd (“HCM”), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Company for the sum of RM6,579,217.00 (“Claim”), against Southkey City Sdn Bhd ("SCSB").

The Company wishes to announce that HCM had received adjudication decision whereby the Claim has been dismissed with costs of RM30,000.00.

HCM shall seek advice from its solicitors on the adjudication decision and will make further announcements on any material development on this matter in due course.
