As previously announced on 10 Dec 2020, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun’s has filed an application to strike out the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014. The said application was heard on 27 August 2020 and dismissed by the High Court Judge on 10 September 2020 with costs of RM25,000.00 to be paid by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun to Protasco Berhad.
Being dissatisfied, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed an appeal to the Court of Appeal against the decision of the High Court Judge dated 10 September 2020 (“the Appeal”). The Appeal at the Court of Appeal is rescheduled for hearing on 30 August 2021. |
