Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 29 March 2022.

As announced earlier, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB" or "Defendant”), had received a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim served by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB” or “Plaintiff”) claiming RM6,799,961.83.

KISB had on 25 January 2022 filed an application for the discovery of the Project documents from TNB (“Discovery Application”).

The Hearing dates for the said Discovery Application originally scheduled on 11 May 2022 and later postponed to 24 May 2022 have been vacated.

The Company wishes to announce that the Penang High Court has fixed 7 June 2022 as the new Hearing date for the said Discovery Application.
