As previously announced on 22 March 2022, Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun have filed an application for leave to appeal to the Federal Court against the decision of the Court of Appeal dated 11 January 2022 wherein the Court of Appeal had dismissed their appeal to strike out the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 (“Leave Application”).
The Company wishes to announce that the Leave Application was withdrawn by Tey Por Yee and Ooi Kock Aun with costs of RM10,000.00 to be paid to the Company.
The Company also wishes to announce that the trial for the Kuala Lumpur High Court Suit No.: 22NCC-362-09/2014 is scheduled to continue on 25 and 27 July 2022, 2 to 5 August 2022. |
