Reference is made to the Company’s announcement dated 21 Dec 2017 in relation to the award of the project from Unit Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Malaysia, Jabatan Perdana Menteri, to the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary,  Protasco Development Sdn Bhd (“PDSB”), to construct 1,681 unit apartments in the Federal Territory of Putrajaya under the scheme of Pembangunan Projek Perumahan Penjawat Awam 1Malaysia (PPA1M) [1Malaysia Civil Servants Housing Programme] (“the Project”), with a gross development cost of RM442.68 million.

The Company wishes to announce that PDSB has today received the letter of award from Perbadanan Putrajaya for the appointment of PDSB as a developer to develop the Project which is now known as Residensi Perihatin Keluaga Malaysia (RPKM).

Under the new scheme of RPKM,  PDSB will undertake to develop the following projects solely:

To construct 688 units of apartments under “Residensi Perihatin Keluaga Malaysia Putrajaya, Melur”; and  984 units of apartments under “Residensi Perihatin Keluaga Malaysia Putrajaya, Kenanga”

The Project is expected to contribute positively to the future earnings of Protasco Group.
