Reference is made to the Company’s announcement on 5 January 2023.
As announced earlier, the wholly owned subsidiary of the Company, Kumpulan Ikram Sdn. Bhd. (“KISB" or "Defendant”), had received a Writ of Summons and Statement of Claim served by Tenaga Nasional Berhad (“TNB” or “Plaintiff”) claiming RM6,799,961.83.
The Company wishes to announce that the Penang High Court has fixed further date for trial on 25th and 26th October 2023.
